That's awesome. I've actually done this (harmonized with myself lol!) before with windows Voice Recorder, but never to this extent or quality! rad vid. he's got talent!
If that's real (and I don't see any reason to doubt it) that guy's got talent. I saw it the other day and passed on it, but once I saw it here, I knew I should czech it out. Good show, Jeff.
Sometimes he has this dorky look on his face.. but really, he has a great voice and if he put this all together by himself (as in lyrics, music composition) it's pretty awesome
Oh, I can't believe it... First it was Stan Winston, then Don Lafontaine, and now Michael... such a sad year. :'( Next Oscar Ceremony will be hard to digest.
From the info box; "A BIG thank you and all musical credit goes to the a capella comedy group 'Moosebutter', who greatly assisted me in the making of this video. Check out their website here: http://www.moosebutter.com/"
Hehe, in the beggining, the first thing I thought was "Jesus... poor dork...". About 30 seconds in... damn... this is pretty good... Near the end: WOW. Brilliant. Three reasons. A) Sick idea. B) I love Star Wars. C) Great voice on ya mate!
Just thought it would be worth mentioning that the dude in the video is NOT the person who actually recorded the track (he's lipsynching). That honour belongs to a really cool vocal ensemble called Moosebutter.
Yes! I finally have the perfect thing to watch the day I'm about to commit suicide. It'll definitely stop me, teaching me that everything will be all right.
Is it me of is his hair plastic. If you look its exactly the same in each "window" - with "flicky" hair like this how do you get it to be exactly the same in each shot/ take ? Its plastic or a wig ?
Definately the coolest.
ReplyDeleteGreat find! I heard this song months ago thanks to Darth Vader's Twitter, but this lip-syncing video makes it a funnier.
ReplyDeleteMy head says dorkiest but my heart knows it's the coolest.
ReplyDeleteThat guy looks like a giant douchenozzle. But I have to admit, I was entertained.
ReplyDelete/agree with brian perry
ReplyDeleteI started it thinking "Biggest. Nerd. Evar." -- seriously, Star Wars nerd AND choir nerd? But I was totally won over by the end.
ReplyDeleteThe first 30 seconds had me saying the dorkiest, but now I have to say it is the coolest. That was a change of mind i can believe in.
ReplyDeleteThat is one of the nerdiest things I've seen, but it's soo awesome. Also, I want that ADHD shirt.
ReplyDeleteI do believe that is one of the most awesome things ever.
ReplyDeleteI'm getting sick of these video one man accapella videos... Why must everyone just rape a single idea hoping to the be the first to go 'viral'.

ReplyDeleteIf that's real (and I don't see any reason to doubt it) that guy's got talent. I saw it the other day and passed on it, but once I saw it here, I knew I should czech it out. Good show, Jeff.
ReplyDeleteThis is pretty fantastic!
ReplyDeleteHaha... yup... John Williams IS the man!
ReplyDeleteThat was quite possibly the most awesome thing I've seen in recent months.
ReplyDeleteHo-lee shit. I don't even know what to say.
ReplyDeleteAmazing.
ReplyDeletethe man has too much time on his hands...but cool none the less
ReplyDeleteYour son is very talented!

ReplyDeleteMan! Lot of work here!
ReplyDeleteJohn Williams is a score master, and this is such a tribute.
ReplyDeleteHey Jeff, you haven't told anything about Need for Speed Live...
ReplyDeleteSometimes he has this dorky look on his face.. but really, he has a great voice and if he put this all together by himself (as in lyrics, music composition) it's pretty awesome
ReplyDeleteWhat are the odds that you would find identical quadruplets who are such good singers?
ReplyDeleteThat alone makes this the coolest video EVAR
I was saddened when I heard the Jurassic Park piece. Rest in peace, Michael Crichton.
ReplyDeleteNow, if only they did a portion of that video with a piece from Schindler's List.
Oh, I can't believe it... First it was Stan Winston, then Don Lafontaine, and now Michael... such a sad year. :'(
ReplyDeleteNext Oscar Ceremony will be hard to digest.
Loved it :D esp the wookie motifs

ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for A Capella. Damn you Dr. Green.
ReplyDeleteHe is the true God of Star Wars Geekdom.
ReplyDeleteCan't it be both? The best part is that he wears a different nerd shirt in each corner.
