In the 14th century...

...or earlier, or maybe even later, this young man would probably be institutionalized. In the 21st century, we (and by "we" I mean people who appreciate a great beatboxer), can marvel at his l33t skillz:

No matter how ridiculous I think beatboxing has become I can't deny this guy's talents. It was impressive.

Where were his hands? Playing a Korg synthesizer no doubt.

But that is just the skeptic in me. Otherwise, very impressive.

Hey Jeff, there is a gold box deal for the entire series of "Angel" on DVD at amazon right now for $56.99. It ends tonight, but if you like Buffy and Firefly, there's a really high chance you'll like this.

The best I've seen was the girl from last year's America's Got Talent. I think she made it to 2nd or 3rd place before getting punted. ~Hamilton

All of a sudden, a million posts to read! Good to see you back on the writing horse. One of my Best Concerts was Habib Koite, a guitar player from Ghana. His recordings are just alright, but there was something about the atmosphere the band created, like they were reaching out with a big ooey-gooey feeling of goodwill, that made us all just feel good. And, because it was in French, I didn't understand anything, so I could really be absorbed by just the music.

You should check out tvtropes.org for more examples of the Hollywood Nerd phenomenon. I warn you, however, that it is a maze of pop culture and hyperlinks you may never emerge from.
